The fine print.

Charter rates are quoted ex GST and GST is added at checkout. The standard rate is $4,900 for the four hour minimum then $1,250 per hour; November and December are peak season at $6,000 and $1,500. Skipper, crew, fuel, the sound system and safety equipment are included. Above 40 guests an additional crew member is charged at $75 per hour, above 50 at $150 per hour. Food and drinks packages are priced per person as shown and include GST.

A 50% deposit paid by card confirms the booking. The balance is due 30 days before the charter date. Bookings made within 30 days of the charter are paid in full at booking. Guest numbers and packages can be adjusted up to 7 days before departure; final numbers set the catering and drinks charges.

Cancellations more than 30 days before the charter forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the full charter fee. Where possible the operator will offer a date change in place of a cancellation.

The skipper decides whether conditions are safe. If a charter cannot proceed for weather, it is rescheduled to a mutually agreed date or refunded in full. Rain alone does not cancel a charter; the aft deck is covered and the saloon is enclosed.

Maximum 60 guests. Responsible service of alcohol applies on board and the skipper may refuse service or end a charter for unsafe conduct without refund. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. No glitter, confetti, fireworks or anything adhered to the yacht. Damage beyond ordinary wear is charged at cost.

Charter time runs from the booked departure to the return alongside. Late boarding does not extend the charter. Extensions on the day are at the skipper's discretion and charged at the hourly rate.

Card payments are processed by Stripe; card details are never stored on this site. Your details are used only to run the charter and are not shared with third parties beyond the operator and crew.
